Shiraz You Like It

books & booze

I have spent a lot of time over the course of my life in bars. I have also spent a lot of time reading books. Ergo, I suppose it makes sense that the two would eventually come together. My brother and I were on a flight to London a few years ago to visit our parents, who were living there at the time. With seven hours to kill, we decided to get drunk (naturally) and try to devise a list of alcoholic beverages with names based on works of literature. For fun, we concocted some bar food names as well. Here’s what we came up with before we finally passed out.
